Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of Quality Assurance Specialist involves ensuring that all operational processes adhere to international quality management standards, specifically ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

Duties:
  • Develop and implement effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) to deliver high-quality standards across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards
  • Raise awareness and understanding of ISO standards among employees through training and education
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to ISO compliance
  • Provide strategic recommendations on improving overall ISO compliance and standards
  • Manage communication with stakeholders regarding ISO-related matters
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current quality legislation and industry best practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain QMS documentation, including SOPs and policies
  • Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and report on compliance status, audit findings, and KPIs
