Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified tax professional to join our corporate law firm.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with 5+ years of experience in tax law to contribute to a dynamic and rapidly expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on international tax and cross-border planning, including corporate reorganisations, mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs.
  • Handle complex tax controversy and transfer pricing matters, including private equity transactions and structured finance.
  • Manage real estate tax and asset/project finance, particularly in international/domestic aircraft and equipment finance.
  • Be actively involved in client-facing work across various sectors, including corporate law, finance, and real estate.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years post-qualification experience within a corporate law firm, with a focus on tax law.
  • A qualified lawyer with a professional tax/accounting qualification.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
