Our organization seeks an accomplished Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll operations for EMEA entities and additional duties in Australia.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with local labor laws, social security, tax regulations, and statutory filings.

Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payrolls including Ireland, UK, Portugal, and Netherlands using ADP WorkforceNow and/or GlobalView.
  • Ensure accurate payroll calculations, deductions, and benefits processing.
  • Prepare finalised payroll reports for Finance on a regular basis.
  • Liaise with benefit providers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve payroll processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow and/or GlobalView.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws, social security, tax regulations, and statutory filings.
