Clinical Nurse Manager Role
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents.
  • Ensure that all set standards and legislative requirements for resident care are consistently attained and improved upon.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience as Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing, with a strong track record of success.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
