Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Lead to support the day-to-day management of our store in Dublin.

This role involves working closely with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations.

The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, drive financial performance, maintain stock accuracy, set up promotional plans, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

To become a Health & Wellness specialist, the candidate will participate in a training program that includes 'Qualified to Advise' and 'Healthy Expert' qualifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales target achievement
  • Maintaining stock accuracy levels
  • Developing and implementing store promotional plans
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance

Requirements:

  • Prior retail experience
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Understanding and analysis of sales figures
