Support Farm Operations

This role is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic farming environment.

Duties:

  • Assist the farm manager with daily operations, including animal care and crop management.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure efficient farm operations.
  • Perform regular checks on crops and report any issues to the farm manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the farm manager to implement new farming techniques and technologies.
  • Develop skills in animal feeding, breeding, and health checks.
  • Contribute to a productive team environment by communicating effectively and resolving problems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Prior experience working on a mixed farm or dairy farm is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
