At an oyster farm based in Galway, Ireland, we are seeking a progressive and expanding professional to manage the day-to-day operations.
The appointee will oversee efficient operations and resource allocation, ensuring the farm's continued growth and success.
- 5+ years of experience in aquaculture
- Effective communication with diverse stakeholders, including staff, contractors, management, and visiting groups
- Managing fluctuating environments and allocating resources accordingly
- Computer skills and proficiency
- Strong English language skills, both spoken and written
- Driving License Essential
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aquaculture sector
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Manage farm staff and resources in a fluctuating environment
