Farm Manager Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our oyster farm.

  • Manage a team and oversee resources in a fluctuating environment.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, contractors, and management.
  • Oversee the growth, harvest, preparation, and dispatch of restaurant-ready Oysters for retail and wholesale markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient operation of the farm.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Host and coordinate Oyster Farm Tours & Tastings throughout the year.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in aquaculture.
  • Computer skills.
  • Good English language proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license essential.
