You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions, as well as proficiency in project management and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

A strong interpersonal and communication skillset is essential, along with familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analytics.
