We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team at Notion. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with our existing customers in the EMEA region, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction.

About the Role:

The Customer Success Lead will be part of the Notion Sales organisation, working closely with cross-functional partners inside and outside of GTM. This individual will own the relationship with accounts they cover, focusing on retaining their existing paid footprint and ensuring timely renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Forecast and manage revenue growth in the EMEA region
  • Collaborate with the product team to inform future development and improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or renewal management
  • Ability to think systematically and operationally
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets and revenue objectives
