Customer Success Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team at Notion. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with our existing customers in the EMEA region, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction.
About the Role:The Customer Success Lead will be part of the Notion Sales organisation, working closely with cross-functional partners inside and outside of GTM. This individual will own the relationship with accounts they cover, focusing on retaining their existing paid footprint and ensuring timely renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Forecast and manage revenue growth in the EMEA region
- Collaborate with the product team to inform future development and improve customer experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or renewal management
- Ability to think systematically and operationally
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets and revenue objectives
