Job Title: Project Management Office LeaderAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Project Management Office leader to join our team in Dublin. The role will involve ensuring transparency across project reporting, monitoring substantial capital and operational budgets, and driving enhancements that streamline and add value to PMO processes.The ideal candidate will have expertise with reporting tools such as ServiceNow, Excel and PowerPoint, and be able to contribute ideas for automating processes and enhancing efficiency within the PMO. Key responsibilities will include collaborating with technology delivery managers to gather, review and present monthly status reports, monitoring financial projects throughout their lifecycle, and facilitating weekly project forums where project initiations will be presented and resource allocation aligned with financial considerations.A highlight of this role will be the opportunity to engage with IT heads to ensure statements of work are accurately reflected in forecasts, and providing support in aligning project documentation with organisational objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating key project documents, supporting the ongoing enhancement of the PMO function by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and increase overall efficiency.The successful candidate will have experience in project portfolio management activities, taking pride in monitoring financial projects from inception through completion, ensuring every aspect – from budgeting to documentation – meets high standards of accuracy and transparency.Required Skills:
  • Expertise with reporting tools such as ServiceNow, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience in project portfolio management activities
