  • The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering high standards of service to our customers.

We are looking for individuals who live and breathe our values, deliver great service to our customers and adapt to change and evolution.

To achieve these high standards, the Sales Associate must be able to:

  1. Provide exceptional customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  2. Be a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
  3. Build and maintain professional relationships with our customers.
  4. Assist customers with outfit building and making further product recommendations.
  5. Assess customers' needs and provide information on product features.
  6. Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve.
  7. Maintain shop and stock room organisation.

About You:

We are looking for individuals with a previous track record within hospitality or retail.

  • You'll be an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • You'll be a team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others.
  • You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
  • You will be energetic and authentic, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
  • You'll approach all issues with a 'can do' approach and act with initiative to find in-store solutions.
