**Job Title:** Retail Manager

At our retail store, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Branch Manager. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving the development of the branch and overseeing its daily operations. This includes managing people, providing support to achieve agreed objectives, and expanding and developing the current customer base.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive the development of the branch by implementing effective strategies and plans.
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including people management, providing support to achieve agreed objectives, and managing stock counts.
- Manage customer and branch contracts, pricing structures, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure transport and yard operations are maintained and monitored safely, and provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in managing branch operations and leading a team.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure high-quality interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and managing contracts.
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock, purchasing, and reordering processes efficiently.
