Building upwards is also an efficient way to utilize space, reducing costs and allowing for better public service provision.

Moreover, the issue of accommodation costs affects not only job creation but also the quality of life for Irish citizens. Once we address affordability, we can reassess the Central Bank's rules and create a more balanced housing market.
