This is an exciting opportunity to join our team within a growing company. The role includes:

  • Responsibility for daily office duties and inquiries
  • Providing assistance to the Field Service Team
  • Supporting the Operations Manager
  • Providing support to the Finance Team

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of bookkeeping processes and financial management software.

They should also possess proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Additionally, they should be able to implement standard office procedures, operate office equipment, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment.

They must be able to interact effectively with colleagues and industry partners.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, office-based

Location: Neylons Head Office, Loughrea, Co. Galway
