We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a IT Support Specialist.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, providing exceptional customer service, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as relevant industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with enterprise customers and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and database management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with migration projects, including accounts, mailboxes, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools, such as EWSEditor, SP Browser, and MFCMAPI.
  • Knowledge of messaging and collaboration systems, particularly Office 365 and on-premise Exchange servers.
