We are currently recruiting for a technical support specialist to join our team in County Cork. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and provide expert assistance with warranty and service processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front service counter, greet customers, and offer exceptional customer service from initial contact to return of their vehicles.
  • Be the main point of contact for customers booking vehicles for service work, resolve issues regarding vehicle problems and repair timelines, and generate documentation related to customer bookings.
  • Agree on costs and timelines with customers, hand over vehicles and explain any issues related to work or future requirements, invoice and collect payment for completed services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and enter data into computer databases, manage aftersales administration, including processing warranty claims when required.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year's experience in a similar role
  • Possess strong organizational skills and ability to structure workload efficiently
  • A full and clean driving license is required
