About This Role:

As a Lead Ethicist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Ethics and Compliance team by designing, executing, and tracking processes for addressing allegations of misconduct and infractions. Through your work, you will ensure disciplinary actions are unbiased and consistent, while identifying and implementing remedial actions to strengthen our ethical standards.

You will leverage firm resources and external vendors to maintain the integrity of our program. Working closely with stakeholders across various functions, you will develop and refine procedures that ensure violations of our Code of Conduct, policies, or the law are enforced consistently and fairly. Additionally, this role involves analyzing incidents of misconduct, creating remediation plans to address underlying issues, and developing data analytics and reporting capabilities to generate actionable insights.

You will also communicate key findings and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Furthermore, you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance our ethics and compliance framework, driving strategic initiatives to strengthen the program's effectiveness and alignment with emerging trends and best practices.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree(s) and/or applicable professional certifications preferred (e.g., Juris Doctor or CPA)
• 5+ years of combined professional experience in ethics, compliance, and/or risk in a large corporate or professional services environment
• 3+ years of experience working with or leading teams to analyze data and leverage analytics to generate insights that inform and drive decision-making
• 2+ years of experience developing, driving, and implementing holistic ethics programs, including issue management, root cause analysis, and system implementation
• Strong Excel, PowerBI, Tableau (or other data visualization technology), analytical and data management skills
• Experience in program building or transformation initiatives
• Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
• Identify gaps, and develop sound recommendations that are clearly articulated to stakeholders
• Experience working in global, multi-disciplinary teams
• Exhibit highest levels of discretion and judgment in safeguarding confidential materials
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, managing a variety of stakeholders across a broad range of seniority
