A great opportunity has recently arisen for an MRO & Maintenance Administrator (Maintenance, Repairs and Operations items) to join the Castlebar site. The facilities employ over 1400 staff and operate 24/7.

\

In this role, you will work closely with multiple teams, including Production, Engineering, and other support functions. Your responsibilities will include monitoring extensive KPIs monthly for management of MRO, conducting a monthly basket review of purchases for validity of prices, and establishing true baseline costs for 5000 frequent moving items in MRO.

\

You will also work with the Vantive Engineering teams to add new parts, ensure baseline costs are established for new parts prior to their addition to MRO, and monitor and ensure 12-month 100% cycle count of store is completed.

\

Furthermore, you will liaise with Vantive technical teams to drive savings by identifying better purchasing options or identical specification options at lower prices. You will also establish and set procedures around any new opportunities with an MRO management company for Vendor Managed Inventory or stock management of non-BOM production consumables.
