We are seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator to join our team.

Sheridans Cheesemongers are Ireland's leading specialist cheese retailer and wholesaler. We're passionate about sourcing the finest artisan food products from Ireland and across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to wholesale clients and Sheridans' own shops.
  • Process and manage orders via Unify, Procure Wizard & Intact.
  • Handle invoicing, credit notes, and proof of deliveries.
  • Maintain price lists and online ordering systems.
  • Liaise with couriers, logistics, and customs where required.
  • Support sales by upselling and keeping up to date with new products.
  • General office administration and ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communication.
  • Confident with MS Office (Excel & Outlook in particular).
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive, flexible attitude.
  • Experience in food or consumer goods a bonus (but not essential).
