Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Administrator to join our team, responsible for the design and implementation of our organization's computer systems and servers.

Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, ensuring security and scalability.
  • System Management: Serve as a lead technical expert in system administration for operating systems, including global or multi-office network infrastructures.
  • Installation & Configuration: Install and configure complex software and hardware, including servers, devices, and firewalls.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define what needs to be monitored, setup monitoring of system performance, IT operations, and storage utilization resulting in alerts when there are potential disruptions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 9-12 years of hands-on experience in system administration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, and proficiency in at least one scripting language.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, team management abilities, and a solid understanding of system security techniques.
  • Experience with global or multi-office network infrastructures.
  • Experience with various operating systems and IT services.
