The Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as the primary interface with customers, supporting all aspects of the order and demand process. Working collaboratively with Field Sales Representatives, the CSR will focus on excellent external and internal customer service to ensure satisfaction and support company goals.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, passionate about Customer Service, and eager to contribute to our culture of excellence.
Key Outcomes
- Process a high volume of urgent hospital demand orders accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Coordinate medical device deliveries to hospital sites, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Process sales and stock orders promptly and accurately.
- Respond proactively to customer calls and queries professionally.
- Support the Sales Team and other operational functions as needed.
- Maintain a patient-centric approach to reduce errors in product and service delivery.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build trusted relationships with Sales Representatives.
- Provide support to team leaders and broader team functions.
