Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Dining Experience Specialist: Warmly greet and serve guests, providing an outstanding dining experience.
  • Stay informed about menu items, including specials, to effectively make recommendations and address guest inquiries.
  • Accurately take and process orders, ensuring timely delivery with attention to detail.
  • Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service and effective communication.
  • Handle payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
