Job Title: Accommodation Services Coordinator

A successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all guest amenities and supplies are replenished as required.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail in inspecting rooms for any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
  • Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously.
  • Work collaboratively with the accommodation and housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Report lost property and any room discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Assist in laundry duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
