Job Role Overview

This role is responsible for the coordination of service labour appointments, ensuring timely and efficient allocation of engineers to meet customer needs.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing engineer schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service appointments with customers, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.

  • Allocate engineers efficiently to maximize service revenues and achieve monthly targets.

  • Prepare quotations for breakdowns and emergency service response, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

  • Carry out administrative duties to support the scheduling function, including updating the service board and managing spare parts inventory.

  • Communicate job details effectively to engineers, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service.

  • Manage chemical stock check lists and procure non-stock service spare parts as required.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably with expertise in engineer schedule management.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
