TTS-Top Talent Solutions, a global Human Resources consulting and technology company, is looking for an Assessment Services Coordinator.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality online psychometric assessment services and consulting projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating projects and upholding our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee the setup and execution of online assessment projects, utilising our cutting-edge online platform.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for participants, clients, and consultants, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout projects.
- Maintain proactive communication, delivering timely updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Schedule and manage the delivery of outsourced assessment and consulting services, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate data records within the assessment system, conducting regular quality checks and assisting with system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of our assessment system.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including quotations, invoices, checking and meticulous record-keeping.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- A minimum of Grade 12, with preferred subjects including Mathematics and Computer Science.
- A tertiary qualification and/or certification in Project Management would be advantageous.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in administration, finance, and/or IT.
- Familiarity with online processes and systems.
- Prior experience in project coordination and/or scheduling.
- Exceptional ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with numerical data.
- Capacity to work swiftly and accurately, even under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong client focus and commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Afrikaans would be advantageous.
