We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Accommodation Team as an Accommodation Maintenance Assistant. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our accommodation units, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning duties in 3-4 units of accommodation, including stripping and making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping patios.
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all areas are clean and tidy.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental targets and objectives.
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience in cleaning is required, as full training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, genuine, and warm demeanor.
  • An awareness of cleanliness standards and the ability to work well in a team.
  • A reliable and punctual approach to work.
