Dromoland Castle Resort one of Ireland's most prestigious five star hotels is recruiting for Full Time and Part Time positions to join our accommodation team. The successful candidate will be part of a diverse team delivering and maintaining 5 star accommodation standards.

The role of Accommodation Assistants working schedule is Monday - Sunday working 5 over 7 day which includes weekend work. Working Hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday / 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Please note pending business requirements hours of work may differ.

Overview of the Role:

  • Reporting to Accommodation Supervisors and Managers.
  • Clean hotel bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas.
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • The main roles and responsibilities are, to ensure the smooth and professional cleaning and servicing of the premises - its bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, toilets presenting a clean, fresh and friendly environment to the highest of standards ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have previous experience working in a similar environment.
  • The Ideal candidate will have a natural Yes I can attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be well organised and have a high level of service standards and ability to work under pressure
  • An ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Have a friendly, chatty and outgoing personality.
  • High level of verbal and written English.
