At our luxurious resort, we are currently recruiting Turn Down Assistants to join our Accommodation Team.

As a part-time permanent role, this position is ideal for someone who values maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in guest bedrooms and public areas.

Role Overview:

Our Turn Down Assistant will be responsible for the smooth servicing and presentation of guest bedrooms and public areas. This includes performing evening turn down service, replenishing amenities, and ensuring high cleanliness standards are met in bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.

  • Perform evening turn down service in guest bedrooms
  • Replenish amenities and prepare rooms for evening arrival
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards in bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
  • Ensure a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests
  • Report to Accommodation Supervisors and Managers
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or accommodation role
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Calm under pressure with a friendly, approachable personality
  • High standard of spoken and written English
