Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our food retail team as a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience for all customers.
- Process transactions accurately, handling cash and operating the cash register in line with company policy.
- Assist customers with purchases, maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- Clean and maintain store areas, ensuring a tidy environment.
- Prepare food for resale, adhering to HACCP regulations.
- Monitor temperatures around the store, ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
This role requires flexibility, including working late weekdays and early mornings on weekends. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we would like to hear from you.
Please note that this is a part-time position, which requires a flexible approach to work hours.
