Job Title

Software Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Software Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to customers experiencing issues with our software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Troubleshoot software problems to identify the root cause and implement solutions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Document all interactions, actions, and decisions accurately.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of dairy farming is an advantage.
  • Experience in a customer care role environment is desirable.
