Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to provide training and support to ensure compliance with GMP/GDP requirements.

As a Training Specialist, you will work closely with the operations functions to identify and address training needs for employees. You will assess and develop customized training materials based on roles and levels, ensuring quality and safety awareness.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop operational procedures to maintain best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Generate reports and track training data, ensuring all training records are traceable and available for audits.
  • Provide training support for plant initiatives, including Commissioning/Qualification activities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and on-the-job training within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Experience with audits, regulatory guidance, Aseptic Fill finish operations, and continuous improvement methodologies.
