Key Commercial Role

This is a critical commercial position within the organisation, where the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing client relationships while strategically identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic planning and effective sales cycles management.
  • Work closely with operational and customer service teams to deliver business growth and enhance the company's reputation.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management with experience in the tanker industry and/or strong experience within the wider haulage or logistics sector.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to create and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions that meet client needs.
  • Evidence of building and maintaining effective client relationships that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Previous experience preparing tenders, proposals, and presentations for senior decision-makers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ambitious, results-driven professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive market and adapt to changing business conditions.
