Software Observability and DevOps Account Manager

About the Company:

New Relic, Inc. is a company that helps businesses improve their uptime & performance, scale more efficiently, and accelerate their time to market by embracing DevOps practices. We're looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Software Observability and DevOps Account Manager.

Your Opportunity:

In this role, you'll be responsible for selling our software solutions to customers in the German-speaking market and driving business growth through your exceptional sales skills and creativity. You'll have a track record of sales quota over-achievement and will grow an ambitious pipeline of business as a result of your outbound prospecting, creativity, and hard work.

What You'll Do:

You'll navigate through organisations and sell to multiple decision-makers, including the C Suite. You'll also work closely with our internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in solution or SaaS selling.
  • High energy and well-developed business sense.
  • Exceptional ambition combined with great teaming skills.
  • Fluency in German.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in consultative, enterprise solutions selling Observability, DevOps, or related Cloud software.
