Support Worker - Homeless Services
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing vital support services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Support - Provide individualized support to clients, fostering a calm and trauma-informed environment to help them achieve their goals.
- Compliance - Ensure adherence to organization policies, stay up-to-date on mandatory training, and maintain high standards of health and safety.
- Service Delivery - Log and record interventions with clients, communicate effectively within the team, and deliver high-quality professional services.
- Adaptability - Demonstrate flexibility in supporting client and service needs, while maintaining a commitment to our values of compassion, community, and collaboration.
This role requires a minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar care setting, with relevant qualifications such as QQI Level 5 in Health Service Skills or Healthcare Support. A valid driver's license is also desirable.
