**Job Title:** Homeless Services Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to manage our homeless services team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a management role, preferably in the field of social care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the team and build capacity within the organization.
  • To participate in the recruitment and induction of staff as appropriate.
  • To line manage and provide support and supervision to staff, including senior team members.
  • To implement and promote best practices in trauma-informed care.
  • To model leadership behaviors and embed a positive values-led culture.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized third-level qualification in Social Care or a related field, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of vulnerable individuals.
