Homeless Services Leadership Opportunity

Delivering high-quality, person-centred services for individuals experiencing homelessness is a key objective of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster a positive and trauma-informed culture within the service team.
  2. Oversee daily operations in line with organisational policies and quality standards.
  3. Ensure effective client engagement and support pathways into long-term housing.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  5. Manage reporting, compliance with health & safety standards and resources allocation.
About You:
  • A minimum 2 years' experience in management roles within homeless or community services is required.
  • At least 3 years' experience working with vulnerable communities is essential.
  • Level 8 qualification in Social Care or related field is necessary.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills are expected.
  • A commitment to empowering people and tackling homelessness is crucial.
