The role of a Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Associate at LinkedIn is to drive revenue growth and operational improvements through strategic planning processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze tools, processes, and systems to identify root causes of problems and recommend solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies of scale.
  • Design and build processes to ensure successful execution of key initiatives and projects.
  • Lead and provide recommendations on current planning processes to drive operational and data improvements.
  • Optimize and scale processes with automation in partnership with the Analytics/Systems & Tools team.
  • Perform data analysis and share insights using analytical tools.
  • Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor representing EMEA and LATAM in global meetings.
