Job Description

As a Retail and Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors receive a high standard of customer service throughout their visit. This includes handling customer complaints in a professional manner, responding to queries and requests, and engaging with visitors to enhance their experience.

You will also be required to work as part of a team to deliver key interactions and engage crowds in interactive showcase experiences.

In addition, you will be expected to confidently present interactive experiences such as tasting and pouring Guinness, and ensure that all cash and credit transactions are carried out accurately.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the visitor experience
  • Ensuring all customer needs are met, and they receive prompt and excellent service
  • Handling customer complaints with professionalism and striving for customer satisfaction
  • Delivery of Key Interact and Engage activities
  • Confidently presenting interactive experiences such as tasting and pouring Guinness
  • Ensuring all cash and credit transactions are carried out accurately
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within public speaking/entertaining/performing
  • 1 year's experience within a customer face-to-face role within hospitality/tourism/bars
  • Fluent English with a 2nd language highly desirable

Benefits

We offer a competitive rate of €13.90 per hour, with Sunday premium rates. After 6 months of continuous service, rates increase accordingly.
