Job Title: Field Operations Lead
About the RoleThis leadership position involves overseeing a team of engineers to ensure exceptional service delivery, while fostering a collaborative work environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of 16 engineers in delivering high-quality services.
- Oversee training, development, and performance evaluations for field engineers.
- Drive positive change by creating a culture of innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with Service Operations Managers to optimize engineer deployment based on real-time situations.
- Work closely with Group Project Managers to streamline installations and improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance on complex technical issues to support timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies during service operations.
- Liaise with equipment manufacturers and suppliers as needed to address technical challenges.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, share updates, and promote collaboration.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries related to field service operations and technical issues.
- Proven experience in a technical service management role, preferably within healthcare or medical imaging equipment.
- Strong background in managing field engineers across installation, maintenance, and repair services.
- Experience working closely with operations, project management, and escalation management teams.
