This is a senior-level position that requires strategic thinking and financial expertise.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. They will partner closely with business unit leaders to evaluate performance, identify trends, and drive profitability and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis and commentary.
  • Provide clear, accurate and in-depth analysis of the financial performance of the business unit, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
  • Closely coordinate the forecasting and budgeting process for the business unit.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and support decision-making on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.
  • Support pricing, cost analysis, and investment appraisals for new initiatives or projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and corporate policies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to aid business planning and decision-making.
Integration and Reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the development of integration plans, focusing on financial systems, reporting and performance tracking.
  • Lead alignment with corporate financial policies, procedures and reporting standards.
  • Build and maintain reporting to provide accurate analysis of performance vs. acquisition model including revenue, costs, margins and profitability.
  • Provide support to all affected stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of KPIs of the acquisition and business unit.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a business unit or commercial environment.
  • Relevant Third Level Degree & Qualified CIMA, ACCA, CPA, Chartered Accountant.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
