Job Title:

Financial Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead a team of finance professionals to manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial systems and processes
Internal Audit and Compliance:
  • Coordinate and lead internal audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial health and stability
Continuous Improvement:
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and systems
Requirements:
  • ACA, ACCA, FCA, or CPA qualified with 5+ years PQE
  • Proven experience in leading financial teams and managing complex financial projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
