Role Overview
We seek an experienced Senior Credit to Cash Analyst with a strong background in credit risk management, collections, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the EMEA accounts receivable portfolio focusing on Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS, SALES TEAMS, AND INTERNAL PARTNERS.
- Proactively collect accounts receivable to reduce write-offs to bad debt and third-party collections.
- Evaluate processes and ensure compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with peers and managers to achieve win-win outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (preferable).
- Minimum 2-4 years of credit and collections experience.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- SAP proficiency (preferable).
- Excel - advanced skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual German and English required.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform tasks as required.
- Excellent planning, communication, and organization skills.
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
