
Business Financial Analyst Specialist

Job Opportunity:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the financial team to prepare and review weekly and monthly financial reports.
Develop and analyze variance reports for weekly and monthly accounts.
Support commercial projects to enhance business performance.
Own and approve all system price updates.
Maintain and update financial systems.
Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are accurate and up-to-date.
Streamline processes, improve systems, and participate in ERP implementation.
Assist in annual budget preparation.
Support internal and external audits.
Participate in site projects, such as new building or machinery acquisition for product launches.
Prepare and analyze reports for buy/sell decision-making.
Manage capital expenditures and associated queries.
Track and analyze weekly and monthly results for profit and production.
Prepare bi-monthly Board meeting minutes.
Work closely with the General Manager, suppliers, and procurement teams.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Hold a post-accounting qualification or equivalent industry experience.
Have a commercial mindset.
Develop strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships inside and outside the organization.
Be proactive and able to work independently and autonomously.
