EHR Inpatient Build Team Member Role

This is a key role within the EHR Inpatient Build Team, reporting to the Inpatient Workstream Lead. As part of this team, you will play a crucial part in implementing the Cúram Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the configuration, testing, and validation of inpatient applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Contribute to aligning system functionality with inpatient workflows and operational requirements, driving business process improvements.
  • Provide operational and technical support for the Inpatient workstream, collaborating closely with clinical and technical teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or a regulated inpatient care profession is essential.
  • You must be licensed and in good standing with a professional regulatory body, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in inpatient or acute care settings is required, showcasing your ability to adapt to complex environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting or leading system implementations is highly desirable, highlighting your skills in change management.
  • Implementing MEDITECH clinician/provider, particularly PCS and Quality & Surveillance, or equivalent capabilities with other major EHR systems, is a significant advantage.
