The role of a Training Lead is pivotal in supporting the Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation across Ireland. Reporting to the Programme Lead, you will ensure that internal and external users are prepared to use the system effectively from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the training strategy for all impacted user groups.
  • Assess training needs across departments, user roles, and care settings.
  • Define metrics to monitor adoption and effectiveness.
Content Development & Delivery:
  • Oversee the creation of training materials, including eLearning modules and classroom guides.
  • Ensure content reflects real-world workflows and system build.
  • Support the train-the-trainer program and coordinate a network of super users.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in training content and delivery methods.
Implementation Support:
  • Coordinate training sessions with HR, IT, and department leads.
  • Provide hands-on training for key users and support go-live readiness activities.
  • Lead evaluation of training effectiveness and incorporate feedback into continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and operational leaders.
  • Plan and deliver handover training to future EHR team members.
