Job Title: Property Sales ExpertWe are seeking a professional and honest individual to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate new business.Key responsibilities include:
  • Collecting information about properties and arranging marketing materials.
  • Maintaining knowledge of residential property market rules and regulations.
  • Conducting property valuations and viewings.
  • Negotiating with buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.
  • Monitoring sales and lets with assistance from our teams.
To be successful in this role, you should be presentable, professional, and punctual, with a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.We offer a commission-only payment structure, and a driving license is required.About You:
  • Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential.
  • Fluency in a second language can be beneficial.
  • You should be a team player with a supportive attitude.
