We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive the highest level of care and attention at all times.
- Be knowledgeable about products and services, making recommendations and answering questions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a till.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
