We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing top-notch customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and take initiative, and possess outstanding problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, registering them, processing payments, responding to inquiries, ensuring the security of room keys, and updating guest information in the computer system.
The successful candidate will also take and confirm reservations for guests, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
