Job Title: Data Management Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data management processes. This position requires an experienced professional with expertise in business analysis, data governance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documents outlining business processes and data flows.
  • Identify and document key data management controls across the data lifecycle.
  • Drive the maintenance of our data catalogue and dictionary.
  • Assess data platforms and reporting solutions to ensure effective data management controls are in place.
  • Review and update internal standards and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant external guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a data/reporting or IT risk/audit management environment.
  • Proven understanding and experience of business/process analysis, data management controls, or IT controls, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong grasp of data management principles, particularly BCBS239.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
